Statement Regarding Article Related to Mark Krikorian Attendance at White House Meeting

On January 31, 2019, we published an article titled “Mark Krikorian Among Nativist, Anti-Muslim Figures Who Conferred With Trump During White House Meeting.” The article discussed a meeting with President Donald Trump that was reported by The New York Times. We understood Mr. Krikorian to be in attendance at the meeting based on statements he made during an appearance on Frank Gaffney’s radio program on January 25. We now understand that Mr. Krikorian was at a different meeting with President Trump on January 23 in which the government shutdown and border wall funding was discussed. We have removed the article and apologize for the error.
