The IRS can no longer block US citizens with an incarcerated status from receiving a stimulus check. Eligible people must file a paper claim by November 4 or file an electronic claim online by November 21. Incarcerated people or their loved ones can fill out the form below, and our Criminal Justice team will mail stimulus check information packets directly to the incarcerated individual.
