Colorado lawmakers join armed patrols
The Three Amigos — Colorado state Reps. Dave Schultheis, Jim Welker and Bill Crane — have finished their cowboys-and-Mexicans tour of the Arizona-Mexico border and learned many things, including:
- Night goggles are way cool.
- Riding in a convoy of Hummers is even cooler.
- And nothing, when you get right down it, beats packing heat while on border patrol.
